Our leadership team, Scott, Sharon and Andrew, have combined experience in the Disability sector of more than 30 years, and they’ve seen first hand the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities and their families.
They’ve also seen incredible resilience and determination of their clients, and they’ve been inspired by their courage and strength.
For years, the leadership team has worked for various government departments in social services, disability services and a variety of agencies in the Toowoomba region. While they were grateful for the opportunity and experience this afforded them, they often felt frustrated by the limitation of the services they could offer. They saw the potential for so much more - more personalised support, more innovative solutions, and a genuine focus on individuals and their experiences.
